Description:

We are seeking a Catering Executive Chef to lead our high-volume off-site catering operations. If you are an Executive Chef with a deep level of culinary creativity, highly experienced in large (300+) upscale luxury events and private fine dining, we would like to speak with you! Catering Executive Chef Responsibilities:
  • Oversee off-site catering operations, handling multiple events simultaneously
  • Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen teams, fostering a positive and professional kitchen culture
  • Plan and execute high-end, large-scale events
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and attend BEO meetings to ensure seamless execution
  • Design creative and innovative menus across various cuisines, with a preference for gourmet Southern/high-end comfort food
  • Maintain exceptional organization and multitasking abilities while managing several events at once
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
  • Engage with clients, delivering a hospitality-driven, luxury experience
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Catering Executive Chef Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 4+ years as an Executive Chef (3-4 years minimum preferred)
  • Experience in off-site catering with large-scale event execution
  • A mentor and team developer—able to guide a strong existing team of chefs
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable
  • Creative thinker who can develop menus across a variety of cuisines
  • Culinary degree is a plus but not required
  • Must pass background check, drug test, and driving history check
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
