Agriculture Insurance Company of India Limited (AICIL), a leading Crop Insurance Company invites online applications in the prescribed format for the recruitment of the following Management Trainee (MT) (Generalist/Specialist) vacancies in various disciplines in Scale-I cadre from the open market for the year 2025. (Advertisement No. AIC/Rect/MT-2024-25).

Once selected, Management Trainee will be absorbed as Administrative Officer (Scale I) after completion of one year of probation training period.

AICIL Management Trainee Recruitment 2024 vacancies

• Management Trainee (MT): 55 vacancies (UR-16, EWS-06, OBC-19, SC-09, ST-05) (PWD-08), Stipend: The selected candidates would be paid a consolidated pay of ₹60000/- p.m. during the training period of one year. After successful completion of the training Pay Scale: ₹50925-96765, Age: 21-30 years as of 01/12/2024, relaxation as per Govt. rules. Last date to Apply online: from 30/01/2025 to 20/02/2025
• Information Technology (IT): 20 vacancies
• Actuarial: 05 vacancies
• Generalist: 30 vacancies

AICIL Management Trainee Job Recruitment Feb 2025 Selection Process

The selection shall be on the basis of the shortlisting of the candidates based on online examination (CBT: Computer Based Test) and interview for which the total marks will be 200. The candidates have to appear for Online Examination (Objective & Descriptive) (CBT) of total 150 marks of 2 ½ hours (150 minutes) duration. The Minimum qualifying mark in the online examination is 60% for General/OBC/EWS and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD. The online examination will be held in March/April 2025 (Tentative).

Application Fee

An application fee of ₹1000/- (₹200/- for SC/ST/PWD) to be paid online through NEFT/IMPS.
