Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various major commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ground-up builds, tenant improvements, and adaptive reuse projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and communication throughout the project.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and multi-family (wood frame) construction practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools including Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
