Role Description

Salesforce.com Solution Architects lead enterprise Salesforce implementations across all project phases. As a Manager, you will bridge complex business problems with technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and guiding technical decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
  • Establish procedures affecting your work area and broader business functions.
  • Use judgment to select methods and evaluation criteria for results.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Proficiency in:

  • Excellent communication skills, leading discussions at all levels.
  • Identifying system requirements and understanding business processes.
  • Salesforce CRM (SFDC) implementation experience, including integrations and middleware tools.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, APIs, VisualForce, Apex, and related tools.
  • Solution design, project management, risk mitigation, and change management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (4-year).
  • 4-6 years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of 5+ members.
  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master's preferred.
  • Certifications and consulting experience preferred.
