National Sales Manager- Mining, Biofuels, & Food - Full Time - Easley (SC), United States

Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Develops budgets and business plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Ensure territory coverage is complete and specialized for each specific sub-segment – focused on Metals & mining, Biofuels
- Provide input to product development by assessing market trends, regional feedback, and competitor activities
- Provides timely feedback to the Head of Sales North America and other senior leaders regarding market performance, representative firm performance and potential opportunities or threats during the scheduled meetings.
- Ensure complete coverage of the US with segment focused distribution and/or direct personnel
- Plan and direct campaigns to secure sales to realize full market potential of products/customer and to establish product line acceptance;
- Provides guidance to Sales Representatives in promoting and securing new and / or major accounts.
- Oversees the preparation and documentation of major quotations in compliance with sales policies
- Analyzes and prepares sales forecasts and reports
- Works closely with other business functions in order to streamline processes and improve overall customer service
- Partner with marketing to coordinate key national and/or regional trade shows
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related area and six years of progressive managerial responsibilities.
- Expertise within the Metals & Mining segment preferred
- Thorough knowledge of products, markets and services as well as competitor's products and services.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
