Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing teams. The position requires travel to client sites, industry events, and leadership meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Oversee financial aspects of sales, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
• Lead the sales department to ensure accurate forecasting of bookings and costs.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, prospects, and industry consultants to generate new business.
• Mentor and guide the sales and marketing teams, promoting professional development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales objectives, allocate resources, and evaluate performance against KPIs.
• Represent the company at external meetings, conferences, and internal functions to support business development.
• Travel as needed to client sites, industry events, and leadership meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in software sales, with significant financial management exposure.
• At least 5 years of experience leading a sales team.
• Proven leadership and sales growth track record.
• Strong analytical, financial, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
