Field Sales Executives partner closely with their internal ecosystem and Channel Sales Managers to execute their go-to-market strategy and rapidly grow net new business in their assigned region. This is a self-driven, fast-paced, agile environment, and you will work with some of the best professionals in the industry. There is no ceiling and tremendous opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

  1. Work with and support Channel Partners to develop a healthy net new pipeline.
  2. Own and operate territory go-to-market strategy, focusing on net new customer acquisition.
  3. Define and execute a strategy that ensures predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales results.
  4. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  5. Work closely with customers and collaborate with the ecosystem to develop solutions that solve our customers' business problems.
  6. Deliver technical demonstrations to channel partners and customers effectively.
  7. Act as a trusted solutions architect, working with the client's network and security team to design suitable solutions for iboss' SaaS platform.
  8. Manage and lead product/solution proof-of-concepts, initial configurations, and product training.
  9. Communicate effectively with VP and C-level executives.
  10. Consistently meet or exceed Quarterly and Annual quotas.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams such as Business Development, Legal, Deal Desk, Product Management, and Marketing to navigate complex sales cycles and exceed goals.
  12. Provide accurate forecasts for weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales cycles.
  13. Learn, implement, and own multiple sales methodologies to be successful.

Qualifications

  1. 1-5 years of successful experience selling and leading in an Enterprise SaaS environment, preferably with technologies like SWG, Firewall, CASB, VPNs.
  2. Ability to prioritize critical initiatives with a relentless drive to execute.
  3. Strong project management skills with experience in gaining team consensus and driving business.
  4. Experience managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish and responsible for own quota or generating new revenue streams.
  5. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  6. Excellent presentation and communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
  7. Thorough understanding of the sales process.
  8. Ability to articulate complex technical and business issues to diverse customer roles, from senior executives to engineers.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills.
  10. Self-motivated, driven, and capable of performing with minimal supervision.
  11. Excellent follow-up skills.
  12. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  13. High energy, positive attitude, and coachability.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science.
  2. MIS graduates are a plus.
  3. Understanding of networking, server, and web technologies is advantageous.
  4. Experience with IT management products and services.
  5. CRM experience is a plus.
