Job Summary: Responsible for business development to improve our market position and achieve financial growth. Collaborates with leaders to define strategic goals, build customer relationships, identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and stay informed about market conditions. This work is performed under general supervision.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Business Development/Sales, preferably selling for an EPC firm, with understanding of engineering, design, and project management in an industrial setting.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, presentation, networking, proofreading skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
