Company Overview:
Selectek is hiring a skilled Sheetmetal Supervisor for a reputable MEP firm in Greenville, SC. This position involves supervising a large crew on industrial HVAC/sheet metal projects, overseeing project progress, and coordinating with other trades on-site. The firm also has a fabrication facility in Piedmont, SC, dedicated to supporting on-site installations.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience as a supervisor
  • 8-10 years of experience in Sheet Metal/HVAC
  • Ability to lead a crew of 25 or more
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and BIM coordination drawings
  • Commitment to safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to attend weekly job site meetings to coordinate scheduling and trades

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a sheet metal crew on-site
  • Oversee job progress, addressing changes and any arising issues
  • Communicate effectively with other supervisors and foremen to maintain project cohesion
  • Attend weekly site meetings for project scheduling and coordination

Additional Details:
  • Work Environment: Primarily on-site with business casual attire; adherence to safety protocols is required
  • Background Check and Drug Screen: Required
  • Overtime and Travel: Limited overtime expected; no travel required
  • Location: Greenville, SC
  • Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
