Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Provide insurance information and guidance to clients

  • Prospect, identify, and develop new clients through referrals or cold calling

  • Educate clients on HUBs value, services, and offerings

  • Assist in client contracting and paperwork

  • Maintain knowledge of HUBs core business partners and products

  • Collaborate with team to meet sales targets

  • Ensure clients receive optimal coverage, including quoting and follow-up

  • Support clients with technical support and product education

  • Update and maintain HUBs client database

  • Participate in ongoing industry education


Requirements



  • 2-5+ years of industry experience

  • Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills

  • Team player with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
