Responsibilities

A Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing an Arby's Restaurant towards achieving company goals and profits. Responsibilities include:

• Manage all facets of the successful operations of one Arby's Restaurant.
• Provide high-level leadership to the restaurant and its employees.
• Oversee all aspects of generating sales and profit growth efficiently and effectively.
• Operate in accordance with Federal/State Laws and OSM.
• Exhibit outstanding motivational and leadership abilities.
• Must have management experience; previous restaurant experience is a plus.
• Maintain a positive mental attitude (PMA).
• Enjoy working with a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate drive and determination.
• Seek personal and professional growth.
