Electrical SuperintendentOur Employee-Ownedcompany has an immediate full-time opening for a Superintendent in Greenville SC. Thisposition will work within Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Federalbusinesses and be part of an amazing and GROWING team! All positions are regular, full-time and benefits eligible. Payrange depending on experience, skills, and knowledge.This position requires a decisive leader with a passion for hands-on workin outdoor environments and a strong drive for construction project managementwork. Must have a desire to work in a team-based environment and contributeimmediately.Job Duties:•Effectively use all resources and lead/oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas of responsibility.•Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. Document all violations, notify project management, and recommend/implement correction actions as required. Conduct accident investigations as needed.•Ensure compliance with all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc.•Motivate others to achieve objectives.
