ESSENTIAL DUTIES Inspect automotive parts and components to ensure they meet exact specifications and industry standardsFollow detailed work instructions and production protocols to maintain consistency and accuracyUtilize precision measuring tools and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)Identify, report, and help resolve any defects or quality issuesDeliver exceptional service and communication to team leads and other departmentsPromote and adhere to strict health & safety policies for a safe working environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED requiredSharp attention to detail — your inspections help ensure road safety!Solid English communication skillsFlexible availability, including willingness to work overtime when neededSelf-motivated and committed to delivering 100% quality in every part you inspect
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Ability to stay on your feet for up to 10 hoursFrequent movement, bending, and reaching as neededRegular use of hands for precise, repetitive tasks
SCHEDULE & PAY RATE 1st Shift:7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $15/hr2nd Shift:3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $16/hr3rd Shift:11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $16/hr Work week is 5–6 days, with rotating days off.
To the extent permitted by law, passing consumer (drug screening and/or background check) report inquiries may be necessary for employment purposes.
