We are looking for a Surveyor to start working with a client of ours in Greenville, SC as soon as possible. This candidate should be a Licensed Land Surveyor or have the ability to obtain a license in 6 months. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. Required by Client 4 plus years of experience as a Land surveyor Crew Scheduling Developing deed maps, and base maps, and conducting courthouse research Knowledge of right-of-way property information Proficient in ALTA/ ACSM standards Experience in title, oil and gas, pipeline, boundary, and GPS surveying Skilled in topographic mapping and construction layouts Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States Preferred by Client Licensed Land Surveyor or ability to obtain Licensing within 6 months Knowledge of survey field procedures Valid Drivers License Pay Rate: $70 k - $80 k Term: Direct Hire Location: Greenville, SC ...Surveyor, Construction, Staffing
