District Manager will lead multiple Jimmy Johns locations within South Carolina, (our hub in Greenville, SC), with a primary focus on developing people and building a high-performing team culture. You will be expected to mentor, train, and grow store leadership, ensure operational excellence, and drive store-level performance. Your role will ensure alignment with our companys vision and core values while creating a consistent guest experience, fostering a strong bench of future leaders, and upholding CHCH Unified and brand standards.
