About the team: Lead and supervise production personnel utilizing procedures and work instructions to meet or exceed customer and company requirements for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Ensure training, scheduling & administration of production employees. Responsible for performance reviews, including recommendations for monetary changes and corrective action functions.
