The Spartanburg, SC plant is seeking experienced machine helpers to join our production team. Pay Rate: $17.67-$23.09 DOE - Shifts available: 2nd shift 1 p-9 p or 3rd shift 9 p-5 a. How You Will Impact WestRock:Support the operation of a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Maintain general knowledge and understanding of production processes and equipment. Observe and monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and to determine whether adjustments are needed. Follow all standard operating procedures and instructions relevant to the job, position, and department accurately. Perform routine adjustments during the production run and maintain production throughout the run. Perform all assigned work effectively and on schedule. Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with all safety regulations. Contribute to quality investigations when necessary. Perform other job duties as assigned.
