Specific Responsibilities - Develops and updates weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting package. - Utilizes various business tools to collect and analyze data, including but not limited to, Oracle, Power. BI, and Microsoft Excel. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze and interpret data related to KPIs, operational performance, and areas of opportunity. - Identify and address discrepancies in data or process(es) and drive corrective actions to ensure data integrity. - Develop and present clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. - Builds executive summaries for leadership, including KPI reporting, analyzation notes of trends and recommendations to address areas of opportunity. - Recommends new processes related to operation optimization, efficiency, output, and cost control/reduction. - Documents processes through SOP or work instruction/job aid management. - Develop and main...Data Analyst, Operations, Analyst, Operation, Microsoft, Technology
