Job Details

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Load and unload valves into assembly fixtures. Transport valves to work stations. Retrieve information from computer on assembly instructions. Operate a label stamping machine. Use assembly drawings to build required parts according to orders. Maintain minimum production levels. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Notify supervisor of shortages of assembly supplies. Comprehend and execute instructions from engineering blueprints, routings, work instructions, and Engineering Test Orders. Use assembly/torque tools. May analyze defective valves and repair to conforming specifications. Retrieve replacement parts from stockroom. Complete accompanying paperwork for assembly operations. Install and remove bubble test fittings. Load and unload testing devices. Wear protective equipment. Accurately communicate information to co-workers and supervision.
