Monitor and maintain the buildings workflow Participate in the daily planning meetings to build the shift plan, document, and distribute Monitor work in process (WIP) in each functional area and escalate as adjustments are needed Gather, create, monitor, prioritize, and distribute IT and Maintenance tickets, providing additional follow-up and escalation as needed for urgent issues Collaborate with the Operations leaders and Wave Planning to coordinate wave release to ensure business requirements, service levels, and delivery schedules are achieved Manage the collection, reporting, and feedback regarding operations functions using the systems and tools Communicate effectively with all teams within the DC ensuring that intra-shift targets are achieved and the plan for the subsequent shift is shared and aligned Facilitate and communicate issues impacting Cuts, Wave Closure, Throughput, and SLA Key Relationships: - Sr. Operations Managers - Operations Managers and Supervisors - DC Operati...Controller, Operations Manager, Process, Operations, Shift, Manufacturing
