Ensure that work area is clean and safe. Ensure that product/component and work order record match. Assist the Lead ensuring that the equipment is operating properly. Communicate any and all production issues to the Lead and/or Supervisor. Assist the Set Up operator with assembling and disassembling different Packaging equipment for setup/startup operations. Clean up work area and equipment as frequent as CGMP and SOPs mandate. Perform other duties as assigned. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. Follows verbal and written instructions provided by the Line Lead and/or Packaging Supervisor. Performs packaging duties using packaging equipment, or manually, if packaging equipment is not available. Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manuals related to safety, packaging, cleaning and assembly/disassembly of machinery. Attends all safety and packaging training sessions.
