Position Responsibilities:Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with all EHS policies and procedures is sustained. Ensure conformance to IATF 16949 quality management standards is sustained. Maintain process procedures and documentation as applicable. Identify and suggest changes to procedures as appropriate. Employee Relations:Investigate and find resolution for employee concerns in a timely fashion. Ensure resolution is fair and consistent and complies with Magna Charter & Principles. Support leadership with disciplinary process to ensure fairness and consistency. Participate in discussions at a final or termination level of disciplinary process. Maintain high profile presence on production floor to assist employees and address concerns. Foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust. Provide translation support (if bi-lingual).
