This position reports to VP, Legal and is responsible for legal research and other legal assignments. Job Responsibility Use Westlaw and state regulatory websites to research statutes/rules/regulations Review documents and forms for completeness, track files for follow up and distribute for review Review and edit internal and external facing documents, materials, and communications Fact finding and documentation using both internal and external sources Provide Administrative support to the Legal Department Accountability Understand, adhere to and enforce all corporate policies. Education Required A minimum of 1 year of law school Experience Required Westlaw legal research proficiency Knowledge Required Excellent written and verbal communications skills; adaptability and flexibility to changing environment; and comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment.
