We have an opening for an HVAC Project Manager in Greenville, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical projects from start to finish. The project size range is from 1 million to 5 million+. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget.
Required:

• Minimum 10 year experience with HVAC Project Management
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Job Details:

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Work closely with your team to ensure that they have the necessary materials, tools, and equipment to complete their tasks.
• Manage project risk, identifying potential issues and problem-solving.
• Ensure that projects comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Communicate with clients, providing progress updates, and ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.

Must be able to work in Woodruff, SC
Salary Range-$90,000-$115,000
