Key Qualifications We Value:

  • Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent preferred
    (OR) 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in high-speed manufacturing

  • Expertise in Electrical Troubleshooting: Control circuits, servo systems, sensors, and AC/DC motor systems

  • Strong PLC Troubleshooting: Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and other platforms (modifying logic, diagnosing faults)

  • Robotics Experience: Working knowledge of robotic systems (Fanuc, ABB, or similar)

  • Proficient in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fabrication repair

  • Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and wiring diagrams

  • Welding and basic machining/fabrication experience is a strong plus
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment, including CNC machinery, conveyors, servo drives, VFDs, and robotic arms

  • Conduct preventive maintenance and root cause failure analysis to maximize uptime

  • Collaborate on equipment upgrades and automation projects, offering insight from a maintenance perspective

  • Maintain accurate documentation for all service tasks, diagnostics, and parts usage

  • Provide technical mentorship to junior technicians, reinforcing safety and quality standards

  • Support inventory management and follow 5S principles for a clean and efficient work environment
