Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Salesforce Sales Cloud Admin/Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and a strong understanding of Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our clients.

As a Salesforce Sales Cloud Admin/Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This will involve meeting with project managers and business analysts, creating dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that help our clients achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that integrate with CPQ and streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new Sales Cloud features, and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality and integration with Sales Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
