Position Summary: Reporting to the VP of Clinical & Operations HR Services, the Clinical Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will function as an integrated member of the Operations and Medical Leadership teams by providing comprehensive human resources support to our Physicians and Nurse Midwives. The HRBP will work collaboratively with designated clinical and operations leaders to incorporate human resource expertise to support and maximize team/departmental performance. With a working knowledge of the business and team goals/objectives, the HRBP will guide and influence leaders to execute operational and strategic business objectives. The HRBP will also ensure the quality of Human Resource service delivery through effective collaboration with all members of the HR department and consistent application of HR policies, processes and systems.
