Be able to assemble all DGV products. - Ability to participate and contribute in a team environment. - Work with little or no supervision. - Must be willing to learn multiple processes. - Must display basic pc skills. - Capable of basic math skills plus knowledge of decimals. - Work with hand tools. - Powered truck certification or the ability to acquire certification, as required. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Please note that the starting pay for this position is $25.12 with a 5% shift differential. There is a progression review and pay increase process at 3, 6, and 12 months if you're performing, and you can earn up to $30.71 per hour after one year. - Required Skills/ Abilities: - Basic math and communication skills - Computer and keyboard proficiency to work within a windows environment Education and Experience: - High School Diploma or GED - 1 year of relevant experience.
