Non-Destructive Test Technician - Level 3
As a Non-Destructive Test Technician - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products through the use of non-destructive testing techniques. You will be responsible for performing inspections, analyzing test results, and providing accurate and reliable data to support our manufacturing processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform non-destructive testing inspections on a variety of components and materials
Utilize various non-destructive testing methods, such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, liquid penetrant testing, and radiographic testing
Analyze test results and provide accurate and reliable data to support manufacturing processes
Identify and document any defects or anomalies in products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results
Adhere to all safety and quality standards and procedures

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in non-destructive testing, with a focus on ultrasonic testing and at least one additional method (magnetic particle testing, liquid penetrant testing, or radiographic testing)
Level 3 certification in ultrasonic testing (per ASNT SNT-TC-1A or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of non-destructive testing techniques and equipment
Ability to interpret and analyze test results accurately
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
WE VALUE
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
Additional certifications in other non-destructive testing methods
Experience in the aerospace or automotive industry
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to non-destructive testing
Strong communication and teamwork skills
