Food & Beverage Server - Paloma at AC Hotel Greenville Downtown (Part-Time)

Job Purpose

Paloma, a stunning bar and restaurant located inside the AC Hotel by Marriott Greenville Downtown, is seeking an enthusiastic part-time Food & Beverage Server. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring top-tier service, maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service by maintaining a clean dining area and promptly addressing guests' needs.
• Set up and clean assigned workstations per AURO and Franchisor standards.
• Complete all required side work according to the restaurant schedule.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
• Confidently and accurately answer guest inquiries about menu offerings.
• Greet guests warmly and use suggestive selling techniques to enhance their experience.
• Accurately take orders, input them into the system, and ensure proper kitchen communication.
• Verify food presentation, temperature, and portion sizes before serving.
• Deliver meals promptly and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Pre-bus and reset tables efficiently to prepare for incoming guests.
• Communicate supply needs to management for seamless restaurant operations.
• Possess a solid understanding of the property and its amenities to assist guests effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
