The successful candidate for this role will have at least 1 years of experience operating a Motor Grader or any of the machinery mentioned below to complete fine and finish grade work, and an uncompromising focus on safety excellence. Wages starting at $21.00/hr. for entry level candidates. Some positions require no experience and Rogers Group will train. Higher pay for skilled operators of heavy equipment Examples of machinery, dozers, track hoes, motor graders, backhoes, skit steers, dirt/base rollers, and Water Truck Drivers. This position will work on a grading crew building various projects such as commercial parking lots, city streets, county roads and interstate highways. Qualifications: Uncompromising focus on safety excellence. Minimum of 1 years of experience in fine grading sub-base to paver ready tolerances.
