Compensation: $40,000 - 60,000 (dependent on licensing)


Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-driven and motivated Annuity Processor to join our dynamic team in Greenville, SC. In this role, you will be the backbone of our annuity processing operations, ensuring that applications are accurately completed and processed in compliance with all industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process annuity applications efficiently, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
  • Verify client information to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, keeping things moving smoothly.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of annuity products, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Act as a problem solver, collaborating with clients and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues with annuity applications.
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers and partners to ensure seamless processing of annuity contracts.
  • Keep a close eye on the status of all applications, following up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service, answering client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Keep meticulous records and documentation, ensuring compliance and easy retrieval when needed for audits.
  • Provide essential administrative support to senior staff, helping to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in annuity processing or financial services is a plus, but not required.
  • Insurance license or willingness to obtain a relevant state license.
  • Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer interaction.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
