Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or computer engineering is desirable along with 6+ months experience in calibrations, measurements, precise measuring equipment in a QC Lab setting. Strong attention to detail, documentation and instrument repair will be important for this role.

Responsibilities of Metrology Technician

• Calibration Assistance - Perform routine calibration of various instruments based on established schedules and regulatory requirements
• Instrument Repair - Perform minor repairs of laboratory equipment as required
• Documentation - Ensure that records are accurate and comply with company and industry standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to remain up to date on metrology practices, procedures and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Engineering, Sciences or Computer degree
• 6 months+ experience is preferred as a Metrologist
• Strong attention to detail to include documentation within CGMP guidelines
• Organized and self-motivated
