The company designs and manufactures with proprietary engineering processes and extensive manufacturing capabilities, from five (5) locations worldwide. 12 hour Day & Night Shifts

745am-8pm
745pm-8am
2 - 2 - 3 shift

Primary Functions

• Observe continuous operation of automatic assembly machines to ensure that products meet quality and customer specifications. Escalate any issues to shift supervisor and/or quality as necessary.
• Monitor production for adherence to quality specifications and notify the supervisor with potential problems.
• Perform deep cleaning of the assembly machines including removing guards to gain access to all areas requiring cleaning, following proper safety (LOTO) procedures.
• Troubleshoot automation equipment as needed, reporting machine jams, malfunctions, and robot crashes in a timely manner through proper chain of command.
• Maintain effective 6S methodology within and around the automation cell.
• Actively participate in Continuous Improvement Programs in the assembly cell.
• Maintain inventory control and material traceability records within work area.
• Understands and follows plant safety rules. Helps to identify and eliminate any safety hazard or concern. Assists in monitoring of quality of work output.
• Maintains compliance with company policy and procedures.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Responsible for reporting any problems or concerns to direct Supervisor.
• Maintains good working relations with all other employees. Strives to have no conflicts with other employees.
• Requires regular attendance to perform essential element as contained herein between the assigned start and end times for work.
• Other duties as assigned.
