Title: Maintenance Technician

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour BOE

Shift Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday

Position Overview:

The Maintenance Technician will play a key role in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and maintaining machinery and equipment. Duties include machine lubrication, belt inspections, and system repairs (air, hydraulic, water lines). Additional skills in welding, fabrication, PLC, and load cell experience are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Perform maintenance tasks like lubrication, filter cleaning, belt and system inspections
• Diagnose issues to prevent machine part failures
• Understand tension controls, brake systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and more
• Perform electrical tasks and welding
• Execute lock out/tag out safety procedures
• Be available for emergency calls

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in industrial settings
• High school diploma or GED; mechanical certifications a plus
• Root cause analysis and strong math skills
• Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician required
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
