Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.

The Team Leader at Cytiva is responsible for directing and overseeing the production cells.

This position is part of the Assembly/Welding department located in Duncan, SC and will be onsite.

What you will do:

• Spearhead and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work with supervisors to identify performance gaps, uncover root causes, and implement effective countermeasures.
• Give safety the utmost priority every day to ensure that associates can perform their tasks without risk.
• Welcome and train new associates, consistently advocate for quality throughout the production process
• Serve as a valuable resource for all production-related matters.

Who you are:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED), Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word specifically)
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in manufacturing
• Ability to train, lead, and mentor a team and drive the success of the production process.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 35 lbs and handle extended bending, lifting, sitting, and standing periods.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Regulatory compliance with ISO standards and compliance, ensuring process integrity in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
• Cleanroom environment
• SAP or other ERP (specifically in a manufacturing environment)
