This position exists to help us fulfill our purpose by ensuring that every new team member is equipped with the tools to win the hearts of our guests everyday. The potential candidate must make it their mission to positively and directly affect the growth of our team members. Working alongside and under the supervision of the Training Director, the Lead Trainer will assist with training all of our new team members in the fundamentals of Chick-fil-A: genuine hospitality, great food, fast and accurate service and a clean and safe environment. A training system aims to develop and train the people coming into our business to cultivate competent, engaged, and fulfilled team members; achieve business results; and create a healthy culture of growth.

Whether you spell it Chick-fil-a or chickfila, we still have the best chicken around!

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Effective conflict management skills
  • Ability to lead and influence people effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when necessary
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative
  • 2+ years of food/customer service experience
  • Management Experience (preferred)
  • Morning and Evening Availability required
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Previous Chick-fil-A experience (preferred)
