What your day will look like:

• Oversee the daily tasks involved in building, launching, administering, and maintaining the Employee Navigator client benefits platform.
• Ensure all plans are accurately developed, including the execution of testing and quality control procedures.
• Management of all new benefit platforms and renewals.
• Data exchange and file feeds.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• HRIS/Benefits Employee Navigator experience required
• Benefits Administration
• Experience with employee benefits and administration of group plans
