Job Overview:
We are looking for skilled CNC Operators. This role involves operating and maintaining CNC machinery, ensuring production efficiency and product quality. We offer competitive pay and a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Load raw steel materials into CNC machines and prepare them for production.
- Operate CNC machinery to complete production tasks.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Unload finished parts from machines and transfer them to the pallet system.
- Clear and transport chips generated during production.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring a safe production environment.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or higher education.
- Previous experience operating CNC machines.
- Ability to follow blueprints and manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent mechanical skills and comfort with basic repairs.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with machinery in a warehouse environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 20-50 lbs (with assistance for 50+ lbs).
- Ability to perform physical tasks like handling, climbing, kneeling, and bending.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment with occasional exposure to loud noise, dust, and temperature changes.
- Must use personal protective equipment (PPE) like ear plugs and safety glasses when required.
