Job Overview:
We are looking for skilled CNC Operators. This role involves operating and maintaining CNC machinery, ensuring production efficiency and product quality. We offer competitive pay and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Load raw steel materials into CNC machines and prepare them for production.
  • Operate CNC machinery to complete production tasks.
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
  • Unload finished parts from machines and transfer them to the pallet system.
  • Clear and transport chips generated during production.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring a safe production environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or higher education.
  • Previous experience operating CNC machines.
  • Ability to follow blueprints and manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent mechanical skills and comfort with basic repairs.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with machinery in a warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 20-50 lbs (with assistance for 50+ lbs).
  • Ability to perform physical tasks like handling, climbing, kneeling, and bending.
  • Willingness to work in a warehouse environment with occasional exposure to loud noise, dust, and temperature changes.
  • Must use personal protective equipment (PPE) like ear plugs and safety glasses when required.
