Front of House Job Description:

We are Tropical Grille, a fast-casual restaurant withCuban-inspired cuisine that is rapidly growing in the Upstate and beyond!

We are currently recruiting Front of House (Guest service,cashiering, and food assembly) team members for our location. Pay rates arecompetitive and generous for qualified candidates. Employees receive tip shareon top of their hourly pay and all full-time employees can enroll in healthcareif desired. Scheduling is flexible and can accommodate a wide variety of part-timeor full-time availability.

Candidates for the FOH must have a positive and professionalattitude, high energy level, and strong attention to detail. We are looking for"people people" who have excellent communication and customer service skillsand enjoy interacting with the public. Reliable transportation to and from workis also a must.
