**Description**

**Summary/Objective:**

We are looking for careful yard dog operators to move shipping containers and hoppers to various locations within the facility. You will be operating a yard dog with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving in and around warehouses, storage spaces and other facilities. You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles.

To be successful as a yard dog, you should have good eyesight, be physically fit, and communicate effectively. Ultimately, a top-notch Yard Dog should be able to perform under pressure, have good driving skills, and be responsible.

**What Youll Do:**

Completing trailer sanitation before reloading.

Moving equipment around the yard.

Notifying management of repairs that need to be made.

Performing lot and door checks

Storing equipment in safe areas.

Conducting regular inspections of incoming and outgoing equipment.

Conducting an inventory of equipment.

Performs other duties as required.

**Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:**

Safety oriented driver

High School diploma or equivalent.

1 year of trailer experience is preferred.

Physically fit.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Good eyesight.

**Work Authorization/Security Clearance**

Must be authorized to work within the US.
