We're looking for our next great Front of House Team Members for day shift! Candidate will need to have availability between the hours of 5AM and 5PMYou will not work the whole 12 hours but need to be available within these times

As a FOH TeamMember, you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness in the counter and patio, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Ability to navigate shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Must be teachable-willingness to follow, change, grow and learn
• Must be team oriented-desire to be part of a team, something greater than oneself and work with others to accomplish mission
• Have a cheerful and positive attitude

Company Information
We strive on making an emotional connection with every guest that comes to our restaurant in a positive way. In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
