* Stripping/Waxing Floors

* Carpet Cleaning

* Post-Construction Cleaning

* Window Washing

* Power Washing

* General Commercial Janitorial Service

**Qualifications**

* Minimum 18 years of age or work permit holder

* US Citizen or Green Card holder

* Reliable transportation

* Clean driving record

* No felonies on criminal background check

* The ability to fill out paperwork online in English

* A personal smartphone with online access to apps
