**Description**

**Responsibilities**

* Responsible for the counting of inventory to ensure inventory accuracy

* Responsible for analyzing data to identify root causes for inventory inaccuracies

* Responsible for working with others to implement solutions to prevent future occurrences of inventory inaccuracies

* Maintain a professional, courteous, motivational and enthusiastic style

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

* Maintain timely and consistent communication

**Skills**

* High School Diploma or equivalent is required

* Good communication skills (written and oral) in order to effectively communicate and report information to the Inventory Control Manager or others members of management

* Ability to work with others at any level in the organization to discuss and resolve inventory problems

* Possess basic math skills in order to effectively cycle count inventory

* Good computer skills in order to work in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) and other Microsoft Office programs to successfully document, analyze and report data

* Ability to utilize computer skills to navigate our Warehouse Management System (Manhattan) to analyze parts movements and transactions

* Ability to handle confidential information

* Ability to prioritize work and answer questions related to work assignments

* Ability to work with minimal supervision on a daily basis

* Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented and have the ability to perform the job under a low to moderate level of stress

* Willingness to be potentially exposed to moving mechanical parts and tools, moving powered industrial equipment, moving vehicles, fumes or airborne particles, high places, changing weather conditions and moderate to high noise level in a Distribution Center environment

* Ability to be able to obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE) certification in order to successfully operate certain types of Powered Industrial Equipment (order picker, forklift, reach truck, etc.) in a Distribution Center environment in order to count inventory in locations that are above the floor level
